PTCL, in partnership with ZTE mobile telecom, introduced various models of 3G devices in Pakistan. AC2747 is from one of them.
AC2746 is a USB modem for CDMA EVDO green technology of low radiation and low consumption with data rate of 3.1 Mbps down-link and 1.8 Mbps up-link.
This 3G usb data card support Windows 2000 / XP / Vista / Win7 / Windows 8, Windows 8.1 , Mac and Linux operating system.
Users can also send and receive text messages SMS from PC using PTCL's 3G EVO network. In this case your MDN number is your SMS sending / receiving number.

The average download speed i am getting is 450 to 500 Kbps remember their is a big difference between Kbps and KBps.
Kbps = Kilo bits per second
KBps = Kilo bytes per second
As 1-KBps equals to 8-Kbps so in this way 3.1-Mbps will give you maximum 396.8-Kbps speed.
